The international airport in Balice is located 15 km from the city centre.
There are international railway connections to Kracow from Vienna, Prague, Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt/M, Frankfurt/O, Leipzig, Budapest, Bucharest and Bratislava |

Getting to the Kazimierz hotel
From the airport:
For those who want to use public transportation: There is a public bus No 192, which provides a connection to the Main Railway Station. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot be reached by this line. Therefore, at the “Dworzec Glowny” stop, you should change to the tram No. 10, then get off at the fourth tram stop and walk to the hotel (for more information see the map – the bus No 192 stop is marked by a red circle with the letter A inside, the tram No 10 stops are marked by blue circle with the letter T inside). Local transport fares Single trip ticket fare (bus or tram):
Currency Polish currency is zloty (PLN). The exchange rate is 1EUR = 4.4PLN,
1USD = 3.9 PLN. The money can be easily get from the bank machines or exchanged
in the exchange offices. Credit cards are accepted in the most of shops,
restaurants, pubs and cafeterias.
