Database Report - December 2000 |

|
In total, there are over 5 Gbytes of global irradiance data covering the years from 1989 to 2000. Six stations have also submitted 282 Mbytes of direct irradiance data.
Three tables (Word documents) summarise the available irradiance data,
tabulated in each case as a function of country, station, instrument and year.
Table 1 - Mbytes of global irradiance data
Table 2 - Number of measurement days of global irradiance data
Table 3 - Number of measurement days of direct irradiance data
Figure 1 - Mbytes of spectral and non-spectral global irradiance data from stationary instruments, by year.
Figure 2 - The number of instruments for which global irradiance data exist on each day of each year.

A comprehensive web-page interface giving full search and retrieval access to the UV database will be operational before the end of June 2001.
The next database report will be published in June 2001.
